Don't get confused here...at this time you have the whole right face selected.
The simplest way to Live Select the faces that will make the windows is to Deselect All then select only the window faces.
So deselect all now - please.

Click the Live Selection icon. You should still be in Polygon mode also. Look under the Tool menu to make sure both are selected.
